A clear majority wants to advance. Here we go:
Routing, not shown: AS/VII LG h
In Pursuit: AS/XV Ex RC (w/ 4 hits)
The Skirmisher on the far left OWs out of the way. The remaining two valiantly stand up to the legions to protect the phalanx.
More cohorts on the Roman right stay behind for flank duty. The cohort just west of the Epirote skirmisher is facing southwest, not northeast -- there's not much point in trying to flank a SK!
The ZOC-less routed skirmishers are cheerfully ignored.
Defensive missile fire inflicts one hit. Offensive fire gets two hits on each SK, peppers the phalanx line, and knocks off one of the routed MIs.

Pre-shock TQ checks inflict only one hit on one phalanx, but kill off the routed MI and rout the Epirote SK. Unfortunately, nine Roman cohorts also get hits.
Shock resolution sees most of the Roman line bouncing off the phalanx (column 2 -- 5, shifted 3L for a frontal PH attack -- is ugly) although the center holds and the phalanx is also looking pretty beat up.
The Rout Point totals:

Given the numerous routed cohorts, it seems to me that the benefits of trying for Momentum are outweighed by the probability of a trump. If you disagree, send it in along with the next vote, and tell me what Plautius should do.
So now it's time for the crucial '3'-initiative dieroll. The Epirotes win. That means either Socrates, Milon, or Philocles. Who should activate, and what should that leader do? Should he try for Momentum?
Remember, only Pyrrhus (EIO) and the two tribunes have activated so far.
