Barasames attacks the exposed HI with what must be a brave bunch of LI. He then moves into the valley between the hills, recovers the Saracens, and pushes forward two squadrons of Lancers to surround the HI with units and/or ZOC. Bouzes withdraws as the LN come near.
Everyone passes their Pre-Shock TQ Checks -- it would've turned a sure thing into a disaster if they had failed -- and the HI is eliminated with little further ado.
That's seven more RPs against the Byzantines, but the pressure is certainly on the Persians. Will the next turn be the last?
