Another few squadrons of lancers advance. The group along the north edge pushes back the Byzantine flank guard (who Withdraw real Orderly-like, firing as they inch back) and the remaining squadrons take advantage of the resulting vulnerable flank on the HC.
Combat honors go to the Byzantines, as the flanking LN rolls a '9' for its morale check, then even on shock column 11 the LN donn't get the 2(4) or 1(4) result that they need to rout the Cataphract. TQ8 is mighty nice.
Pitames rolls for Momentum again and gets it with a '0'. We'll take another pause for trumps.
