"Actual #" for Momentum just records dieroll success. If the Momentum was Trumped, it still shows up in that column. Bouzes figures appear a bit odd because he got wounded, so his initiative changed to 4 on the last turn. This made the "expected" columns a bit harder to calculate.
The table doesn't tell the full story, since not all activations are created equal. Many of the Byzantine successes were early in the game when the success wasn't so important. Also, the Byzantines suffered two command failures (two back-to-back '9's, twice) which precluded Belisarius from even attempting Momentum.
