Mr. Reed brings over 20 years of professional experience to R • K Architects, P.C., combining technical expertise, extensive code knowledge, management skills and design. Since arriving in the Washington D.C. area in 1979, he has been responsible for the design and production of a wide variety of commercial and residential projects. His project experience includes custom and builder single family houses, townhouses, multi-family residential, senior housing, community centers, recreational facilities, office buildings, shopping malls, retail spaces, movie theaters, medical offices, restaurants and space planning. He was previously with Pulte Homes, Virginia Division as Project Architect in charge multifamily projects. Other work experience includes Anderson • Cooper • Georgelas, Thomas G. Georgelas & Associates, and Thomas Madigan and Associates.

He was previously with Pulte Homes, Virginia Division as Project Architect in charge of single family projects. Other work experience includes Ellerbe–Becket, O'Neil & Manion Architects, Design Collective and The Lessard Architectural Group.
