240,000 sf office building, 11 floors with four floors of underground parking. Concrete structure, deep foundation system, precast and stone exterior. Extensive and complicated zoning process which included a neighborhood low-cost housing linkage. Design and planning of Phase II, an adjoining office building of 300,000 sf with an 11-story atrium between the buildings.

40,000 sf office building, three floors. Composite steel structure, masonry and curtain wall facade.
