This is a great set. It folds up for storage. It has a Police station with a jail cell, a Barber shop, a Garage with a car lift and a gas pump, a Fire station, a Post office, and a Theater. The upper level above the Post office is meant to be a Dentist's office, and its adjacent patio is a restaurant. The upper level is meant to be an apartment, and its patios have no specific designation. This piece has some great features. A handle on the top of the Fire station runs a siren, and there is a "key slot" on top of the Police station to "unlock" the cell. (although no key is needed to open and close the door) Also, the stoplight has a wheel to turn to change the light color. The stoplight itself is on a footbridge for the little people to cross the street unscathed. My favorite feature of this piece is the Theater, that comes with a built-in stage, and has 4 built-in seats.
