Very Popular and now hard to find set. Seems like everyone used to have one of these, and one of the Garages. Well, I keep finding the garages, where are the schools?
Anyway, one of the unqiue features of this set is the metal roof, on which you can spell words with the plastic magnetic letters that were included with this set. Two trays of magnetic letters fit into slots in the ceiling of the school. The front flap of the school drops down to reveal a "blackboard". The set also came with a packet of chalk and a blackboard eraser. The clock over the front door has moveable hands, so you can manually set the correct time if you wish. The cupola has a bell you can ring to call all the Little People to school. Set pieces include: 4 students, 1 teacher, 4 student desks, 1 teacher desk, 1 teacher chair, and playground equpiment including a swing set, a slide, and a spinner.
