The house came in brown and yellow versions, with the yellow
appearing (from my experience) to be rarer.I've had some people tell me that the yellow house came with different accessories, such as perhaps a wading pool, but the brown house came with those accessories pictured in the top right picture,4 people, one car, one dog, 
kitchen table, 4 cheese chairs, 2 sofa chairs, 1 coffe table, and a set of beds. Just look at that great foam on those beds, eh? The yelllow house came only with a masonite base. Older brown houses come with a masonite base, newer ones with a green plastic one.
Each house has a plastic frame, with pressed wood bases and floors. They
also have a doorbell rung by a small exterior lever. Each garage door opens and closes. The interior lithos are very similar, but there are differences, the main difference being that the lower left brown interior has a french door litho leading out to the backyard,while the yellow house has no rear exit.
