This is a picture of one of the early firetrucks put out by
Fisher-Price. The first picture is two specimens of the same firetruck, with variations only in the color of
the plastic elements. The body of the firetruck is wood, covered with
lithos. There's one firehose attached to one side of the fire engine, red and yellow striped, with a "nozzle" just like the end of a shoelace. The driver is only a head, slightly larger than that on
standard little people, and bobs around when the truck is pushed. The
truck also rings a bell located in back when it is pushed. I believe that this set came with one other standard fireman type, who could ride on a peg located on the back of the firetruck.
