Music Box Ferris Wheel #969

Very similar in design to the Musical Merry Go-Round. The Ferris Wheel has 4 seats, all different colors, and a mean "carney" cranking the ride. The music box plays "The Skaters' Waltz" as the Ferris Wheel turns. In this picture, it sort of looked like the carney was decapitated, so to avoid a "violent" webpage rating, I've drawn him one. The piece has a masonite base, wooden stairs up to the ride, and pressed board supports for the ferris wheel. The ferris wheel itself, the carnie, and the ticket building are all plastic. My favorite feature? The detail on the lithos, a wonderful feature of many little people sets. Look for the nesting bird on the inside of one of the Ferris Wheel supports.
