This guy could be any standard postal/cop type, except for this one extra piece, a big white beard with collar attached. He's boy sized. His collar is meant to look like the collar on a Fisherman's sweater. I just wonder why, if they wanted him to look old, they used a boy-sized little person, instead of a man-sized little person. I mean come on, don't you think he looks a little too young to be sporting a long white beard? The marina captain came with the Floating Marina #2592.
