Main Street Proprietor

This little guy is almost exactly identical to Mr. Hooper, so I could see how some people might confuse the two. The only differences are that Mr. Hooper is entirely bald, not even any drawn on hair, and Mr. Hooper has a couple of drawn on eyebrows. This guy here has a full head of white hair, and no eyebrows. There could be a slight difference in their mouths, but I don't actually have a Mr. Hooper, so I can't be certain. Their aprons are identical, as are the glasses that they wear. This guy came with the main street. I think he is supposed to run the ice cream shop.
