Yup, definitely one of the more freaky-looking little people. He's entirely orange, except for a tiny slit where you can see his eyes. This fellow came with the #945 Offshore Cargo Base, and he is supposed to look like he is wearing a diving suit. The Linda Baker Modern Toys book lists him as being a "Deep Sea Diver", so that's what I've called him here, but I can't really say for certain if that's his correct title. At least, he's a diver of some sort.
