This seems to be a pretty rare 
piece to me, one of these two examples is from my childhood, and I've only found one other. The sewing machine itself has a lot of detail, such as the spool on the top, and the wheel on the side of the machine. I wouldn't be suprised to see other color combinations, but these are the only ones I've seen. Both of these have the exact same "fabric" litho.
