Fabrication of Molds & Panels  

I saved the fenders that came on the car even though they were rusted beyond use, for fenders. Some 1/4" wire mesh and a load of bondo and you have what appear to be perfect fenders. They wouldn't last 10 minutes on the car but are more than sufficient to make a mold.	Mold number one all done. I had a little trouble getting the mold to release but did manage to get the pieces separated
This was a pain in the neck to make. Fortunately I only had to make it once, although I had my doubts for a while there.	Last but not least the bonnet. I got wrapped up in my playing so this is the only picture I took all day.
