Assembling the whole thing wasn't all that tricky, just
time consuming. The plywood cross supports were for
assembly only, they went away when it was finished.

The hood was a major pain, it was very flimsy at this point.
I didn't want to add any additional layers of cloth or matt
until it was attached to the fenders.

It fit pretty well, a little trimming and tweaking
and it should fit quite well. I was a very happy
camper that evening, four weeks of effort wasn't
for nothing. I had done some fiberglass work
on a boat I had 25 years ago, but this was the
first I had attempted anything like this.
