Richard Crouch of Crouch & Crouch has served as plaintiff's counsel, defense counsel and expert witness in cases involving legal malpractice, ethics, bar discipline, and fee awards. He has lectured and written extensively on these subjects. His articles have appeared in a variety of publications for lawyers, and he has given many Continuing Legal Education programs on these subjects. Formerly he chaired the State Bar's Disciplinary Committee for lawyers in Virginia's largest district. Richard Crouch and the firm work only in Virginia, primarily in Northern Virginia.
