Mary Alice Tannehill, b. ca. 1863 Mississippi, d. 4-17-1898, daughter of
Sarah M. Lynch and Baxter Nedorus DeCilver Tannehill.
Wm. C.H. Glover married again after Mary Alice died, but they were divorced.
His daughters claimed that he divorced her for making them eat salad. They
themselves were very grease-oriented cooks. Some of their recipes are in
a cookbook my aunt Yvonne's church in Jefferson, Tx. published.
