- one year of separation without any cohabitation
- six months of separation and full property settlement agreement without any cohabitation (without minor children)
- willful desertion for more than one year
- sodomy or buggery committed outside marriage
- adultery
- conviction of either party of felony and confinement for more than one year
- cruelty (divorce after one year of separation for cruelty)
