- adultery
- extreme cruelty
- willful desertion (one year)
- willful neglect (one year)
- habitual intemperance (one year)
- conviction of felony
- insanity for period of five years, in which case insane person must have been confined in government hospital or institution for insane for five years, and be affected with psychosis. Insanity must be incurable and agreed to by three doctors.
