In the name of God Amen: I Mary Liverman of the State and County aforesaid being in a low state of health of body but of perfect sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament -

First of all - I give my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it, and as touching such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with, I give and dispose of in the following manner Viz:

Item - I give to my daughter Polly Liverman to one half of negro boy by the name of Richard and one Cuppoard with all the crockery ware belongin in it to one chest, to one small trunk. ---

Item - Then it is my will for the balance of my estate after my lawful debts is paid, to be equally divided amongst all my living heirs Martha Cooper, Sarah Liverman, Polly Liverman, Nancy Dunbar & Elias Liverman and I also appoint Dempsy Liverman my true and lawful executor to this my last will and testament &c &c October 7th 1828
