In the name of God amen: I, Francis Lee of the county of Tyrel and Province aforesaid Planter being at present in good health and sound and perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following to wit, I recommend my soul to God who gave it and my body to the Earth to be deceantly buried at the discression of my Executors hereinafter anmed and my worldley goods in manner an form following.
Item - I give and bequeth unto my well beloved mother Elizabeth Black all my negroes but one and they are to be left at the Plantation and the income of what they make after the debts are paid is to be at her disposal and also all the cattle and hoggs and horses and everey thing belonging to the Plantation or Plantations her life time and to be at her disposal at her death.
Item - I give and bequeath to my well beloved Cosins children all my land aor lands after my mothers death to be divided as she should think proper.
Item - I give and bequeath unto my well beloved sister Elizabeth West ten pounds pork and a mare and colt.
Item - I give unto my well beloved sister Marey Hammond ten pounds pork which I hope she will accept of.
Item - I give unto Charls Rhoadses eldest daughter ten pounds pork to give her a years schooling.
Lasley - I do hereby putt and appoiint my trustey and well beloved frind Thorns Lee and to be my true and lawfull Executor hereby revoaking all after Will or Wills hertofore made by me and pronouncing them void and of none effect and confirming this to be my last Will and Testament In Testament whereof I the said Francis Lee have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this day of October ths Ammo Dom. 1771.
