In the name of God amen: I Benjamin Jones of the County of Tyrrel in North Carolina being in perfect mind and memory praised be to God therefore I do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament.

Imprimis - I recommend my sold unto Almighty God & my body unto the earth to be dessently buried by my brother Friley hereafter namd and for my worly estate I despose the same as follows it my will and desire that my deer mother Mary Hall shall have a maintainance out of my estate during her life and after her decease Viz I give and bequeath unto my dear loving brother Friley Jones to him and his heirs lawfully begotten all my land and improvements and every thing belonging to me besides.

Lastly I do hereby revoke all other Wills made my me and do heare by cut of all other persons whatsoever only these mentioned in this will from any part of my estate hereby I acknowledge this to be my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hearun set my hand and seal this 22d day of December 1772 ---
