We Mourn the loss of our dear Sister, Bev Appleby
On Sunday, November 4, Bev Appleby suffered a heart attack. She was taken by ambulance to a hospital where she suffered a second heart attack, which sent her home to our Lord.
Bev has had a tremendous impact on Via de Cristo around the Washington DC area. Words cannot express the loss many of us feel. Bev has made so many contributions to our community. While she will be greatly missed on this earth, we can take some consolation by knowing she is dancing with our Lord, unencumbered by canes and is leading the dance of the Saints!
Bev requested that she be cremated. There will be calling hours for family and friends on Friday, November 9th, from 2 to 4 PM and from 7 to 9 PM at:

For Bev's service, we will sing many of her favorite songs from Via de Cristo. A reception will be held following the memorial service.
Bev has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to her church, Epiphany Lutheran.
