January 12 --
We went to the Flint Hill certamen and returned happy and victorious. Our level one team (Amy Crabtree, Madeline Keppel, Tyler Perry, Ben Keppel) placed 3rd, our level one experienced team (Sarah Didomenico, Elizabeth Ramsey, Steven Brickey, Mary Chenette) placed 2nd, our level two team (Samantha Ward, Rachel Didomenico, Ilara DeCoursey, NoÎlle Taylor) placed 1st, and our upper level team (Greg Allen, David Bollen) placed 4th. Thanks to everyone who came!
December 8 --
Ad Fontes sent four teams to the Chancellor certamen, and they all came back with trophies. Our first-years (Amy Crabtree, Adrienne Wolf, Richard Cole, Michael Marcario) took 10th place out of 30 teams; our experienced first-years (Sarah Didomenico, Elizabeth Ramsey, Stephen Brickey, Tyler Perry) took 2nd place out of 6 teams; our second-years (Samantha Ward, Ilara DeCoursey, Rachel Didomenico, NoÎlle Taylor) took 1st place out of 21 teams; and our fourth-years (Greg Allen, David Bollen) took 8th place out of 15 teams!! Congratulations!
November 19 --
We had tons of fun at the VJCL Convention! Click here for a list of awards. All 16 of us competed in the testing (six tests in one day!), and we had students competing in "Thats Entertainment" and graphic arts. Everyone did very well and had fun! We can't wait till next year!
October 27 --
We went to the VJCL Kickoff Certamen at Chancellor HS. We had fun and brought home some trophies! Our first-years got 3rd place and our second-years got 4th place! Good job!
