Jesus Teaches Us To Store Up Treasures In Heaven

It is understood that we all love ourselves and we seek to promote our own happiness and well-being. This is perfectly acceptable to Jesus. This is why He teaches us to love our neighbors as ourselves. But He teaches us that our true treasures are stored in Heaven, not on earth. And He encourages us to store up our treasures in Heaven, so our hearts will be there, where our treasure is located.
