"Sexual relations" is defined as "coitus," which means "sexual intercourse with male penetration." Oral sex might be "sexual excitement." It might be "sexual climax." It might be "sexual behavior." But it is not "sexual relations." Look it up yourself in your own dictionary - "sexual relations." See what it says. My dictionary is the "Webster's Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary." There it is, right on page 1079: "sexual relations n pl (1950): COITUS" And coitus is defined as "physical union of male and female genitalia accompanied by rhythmic movements usually leading to the ejaculation of semen from the penis into the female reproductive tract; also INTERCOURSE." (page 258) This is not "legal hair-splitting;" it is the normal, everyday human understanding of the concept, correctly recorded by the dictionaries. In law, definitions are important. And the definition of "sexual relations" is "coitus." Anything less is NOT sexual relations. Bill McGinnis bmcgin@patriot.net http://www.patriot.net/users/bmcgin/clintondefense.html
