Bill McGinnis Link to copy => http://www.loveallpeople.org/chapellinks.html THERE IS NO LAW AGAINST PRESIDENTIAL SEXUAL AFFAIRS This fact may come as a shock to some people, but there is no law against a U. S. President having a sexual affair with any other consenting adult he chooses. He has no Constitutional obligation to be sexually pure. And there is no law in the District of Columbia against fornication, sodomy, or adultery between consenting adults. (Oral sex is considered to be a form of sodomy.) But what about sexual activity in the oval office? There is no law against that, either. Or in the Lincoln bedroom, for that matter. Some military personnel have said that the President should be held to the same strict standards prohibiting adultery that they are held to. Maybe so, but at present he is not bound by these military rules. Under our Constitution, the President out-ranks all military personnel, even the top generals. The President is the one who makes the rules for other people. He is not bound to follow them, any more than the President of a company is required to punch a time clock. The reason that adultery is prohibited in the military is that it would cause too much dissension among the troops. Soldiers would be fighting with each other over their wives. These regulations simply do not apply to the President. Bill McGinnis <>< bmcgin@patriot.net http://www.patriot.net/users/bmcgin/clintondefense.html
