NO JURY WOULD EVER CONVICT CLINTON OF PERJURY

In our legal system, the accused is presumed to be innocent until
proven guilty. No jury would ever convict Bill Clinton of perjury,
because legally, he did not commit perjury beyond a reasonable doubt.
By using the standard dictionary definition of "sexual relations,"
which is COITUS (real sex, with male penetration), he could truthfully
testify that he did not have "sexual relations," and hence could not have
had a "sexual relationship." Misleading? yes, because his relationship
was sexual in nature, that is it involved sexual excitement and climax.
But those things alone do not constitute "sexual relations." Only COITUS
constitutes "sexual relations." Was this perjury? No, because he told the
literal truth. Therefore INNOCENT of the charge!
