                  HOW TO TAKE DOWN ANY U.S. PRESIDENT
   

   Here is good news for all enemies of the United States! Because of the
   personal problems of President Bill Clinton, a formula has been
   discovered by which you can cripple any U. S. President and render him
   ineffective in office, effectively taking him down from office.
   
   This is the formula:
   
   1. First, you initiate a civil lawsuit against the President. It
   doesn't really matter if there is any merit in the suit or not. You
   can always find a plaintif who will lie for money or who is sincerely
   deluded. The main objective of the suit is to drag the President into
   court, where you can trap him. You are not limited to one such
   lawsuit, but you can initiate as many as you may need in order to get
   him into court, under oath.
   
   2. Once in court, you ask questions about his private affairs which
   you estimate he will be unwilling to reveal in public. Do not worry
   that he may not have any such areas in his life: EVERYBODY has areas
   of their private life they would be unwilling to reveal in public.
   (You have some areas like this, don't you?) You might, for instance,
   ask if he has ever cheated on any test in school. We don't want a
   cheater to be President, do we? Or you might ask if he ever filed a
   questionable deduction on his income tax. We don't want a tax evader
   to be President, do we? Or we might ask if he ever lied about anything
   in his life. We don't want a liar to be President, do we? Or you might
   ask if he ever watched an x-rated movie or photo of any kind, and if
   so, what was his physical reaction. We don't want a pervert to be
   President, do we?
   
   3. Naturally, he will be unwilling to reveal these private matters in
   public, so he will tend to evade, cover up, and lie. NOW YOU'VE GOT
   HIM! Lying in court, even in a civil suit on a case with no merit, is
   a CRIME! So you have now transformed a lapse in personal behavior into
   a CRIME against the State!
   
   4. And as we know, crimes against the state are grounds for possible
   IMPEACHMENT! The energy needed to defend against impeachment is so
   great that he cannot possibly govern effectively. Thus you have
   crippled him in office, and have rendered him ineffective.
   
   5. This formula will work against any possible President the United
   States has ever had or ever will have. It would have worked against
   Thomas Jefferson, for sure. It would have worked against Eisenhower,
   for sure. It would have worked against Lyndon Johnson, for sure. It
   would have worked against John Kennedy, for sure. It would have worked
   against Ronald Reagan for sure. It will work against anyone who
   ever might become President!
