Jan. 20, 2001 Write these things down. Stop forgeting what I tell you. Today is a day of clarification for you. 1. I want you to be my man in the auto repair business. Use "Rev. Bill McGinnis" as your title. 2. Maintain your Christian websites as they are, with Internet Daily Chapel as the focal point. 3. Promote the Golden Rule in this form: "Treat others as you would like to be treated." Ask the question, "How would you like to be treated in similar circumstances?" 4. Do all your computer programming in ASIC. Start over on everything. I love you, and I will bless you. This is the Lord. ** Instructions From The Lord To Bill McGinnis, December 3, 1999 ** I have placed you where you live. I want you to stay there until I move you. I have placed you in your job. I want you to stay there until I move you. I have placed you in your church. I want you to stay there until I move you. The Church Of God is the most suitable church I have available for you. It's not perfect, but it's acceptable to Me. And it's suitable for you at this time. You are in Church Of God for fellowship and worship, not for instruction. I, Myself, instruct you in all things. Do not accept any attempts from anybody to change the beliefs which I, Myself, have given to you. I have taken away the demons of alcohol and tobacco from you. Tobacco is gone from you forever. Do not invite alcohol back in, except as perhaps "a little wine with dinner" once or twice a week, in accord with Paul's advice. "Recreational drinking" is not permitted to you. I have given you M . . . as your one-flesh sexual partner, at your request. You may have only one woman at a time, and she is it until I make a change for you. You may have all the women you can find, vicariously. Knock yourself out, if that is what you want. But do not deprive M . . . of her conjugal rights in you. I told you earlier to learn the ASIC computer language and to master it. But you have delayed and opposed Me on this. Already you have missed some things I had intended to give you. I'll say it again, and this time do what I say: learn the ASIC computer language. This is the one I want you to use. I told you earlier to learn and to master the entire field of auto repair. I told you that I was giving this to you as your domain. Is it not good enough for you? Why do you look down on it and resist Me? Learn auto repair. Master it. Do as I tell you. You are making progress, but not fast enough. Get busy, and quit stalling. I have given you your new Snap-On diagnostic scanner. Now use it. Learn everything about the entire field of auto repair. I have given you both of your cars because I want you to have them. They are both old, and I want you yourself to perform all repairs on them. I have given you a large and loving extended family, Bill. Fill your proper role in it. You need them; they need you. You started your website and Internet Daily Chapel to please me, and I am pleased. Now you must continue them, perhaps until you die. You have claimed these fields for yourself. Now cultivate them and bear fruit for me. I want you to be a "Bible Christian," Bill. This is the framework of all your beliefs: the Bible. You may consider the other writings and thoughts and pronouncements of man; but you are bound by none of them. I want you to be a comfort to My people, not a distress. Do not criticize My servant Paul or any of the other Bible authors. Do not stray from what I tell you in the Bible. Do not invent new doctrines. But you may find new truth in the Bible that others have not yet fully understood. Everything I want you to teach is already in the Bible. But you are not bound by any man's previous understanding of it. I speak to you directly through it, as I have told you previously, "Read Me; I'm in here." If you can't find it somewhere in the Bible, don't teach it. I will guide you step-by-step, as I always do. At your judgment, I will ask you, concerning all things in your life: "Bill: where did you find that in the Bible?" Be prepared to answer Me. I give whatever I want to whomever I choose, Bill. This is what I have given to you. Take it and live. October 5, 1999 I prayed and told Him I wanted to do all my Christian work for free, as a gift to Him. I wanted Him to provide for my material needs by other means, that I did not want to use my Christian work for income. He said, "This is what you have now, Bill. Just as you said. It will continue in that same way." This my "heart's desire" in this matter, and it is acceptable to Him for me to have desires of the heart. We are not supposed to be void of desire, but our desires should be in harmony with His general will. But within this general will, we have much room for discretion. October 5, 1999 "Your income will be from automotive patents, Bill. And it will be large, in your old age." He revealed this only after I had finally showed evidence that I was serious about following His earlier instruction to learn all about cars. October 1, 1999 Regarding my attempt to write press releases and letters, for pay, for other people: "I want you to write only for Me, Bill. You are a "Christian Writer." At this point, I shut down my web pages dealing with free-lance writing, and I notified two potential customers that I was no longer available. Indeterminate time: "I want you to learn everything about cars, Bill. I am giving you the entire automotive domain. Also, I want you to learn and use the ASIC computer language." April 26, 1999 "I know you. I know everyone. I do different things for different people. Do not attack my Church." This came when I was considering launching an attack on certain Catholic doctrines and certain early Catholic Church Fathers. June-July, 1997 "You can glean from any field." I understand this to mean that I will be able to obtain whatever I need from any situation I find myself in. 5-18-97 Regarding the preparation of "For Those Who Suffer Tragedy:" "Let me do the teaching, directly from my word. You find the verses and produce the documents. I will lead you to the verses I want you to use." 11-16-96 Regarding the question of copyrights and use of various texts and other worship materials: "I want you to make all of your Internet work for me avaiable freely and without restriction, as I have made myself available to you." 11-16-96 "You have given yourself to me, so I have given myself to you. You cannot now imagine the gift you have received." 11-16-96 "I require justice of myself. I demand mercy of myself. Where justice and mercy conflict, I have provided the Saviour to reconcile the two." 11-16-96 Regarding the scope of my minstries for Him: "I have put you on the Internet, and that is where I want you to be." 10-25-96 Regarding what He wants me to do with the Internet Daily Chapel: "You're doing this for me, so *you* do it." I understand this to mean that He wants me to use my own creativity on this project, and give it to Him as a present. Earlier Instructions 1. Concerning the music ministry . . . "Let Lowell Mason be your guide." 2. Regarding which church to join . . . "I led you here; now join!" (This was referring to the Fillmore Avenue Church of God, Alexandria, VA.) 3. Regarding which version of the Bible to use . . . "I gave you this Bible; so use it." (This was referring to the Revised Standard Version, a copy of which He led me to, sitting in the middle of a busy street, apparently tossed out of a car.) 4. More on this same Bible, as I had driven past it, thinking it might be a Bible, but not knowing for sure . . . "What if I told you it *is* a Bible, and that I want you to pick it up?" 4. More on this same Bible, found on the road . . . "You rescued it; now it will rescue you." 5. Regarding the long-time woman in my life . . . "You wanted her; now she's yours." 6. Regarding my present job, which was offered to me completely unexpectedly . . . "I have given you this job; so take it." (Night foreman at a taxicab repair shop. At the time I was offered the job, I had been a *driver* for nine years.) 7. Regarding the Internet, and my Christian work on it . . . "These are your fields; so work them." 8. I had asked Him to give me as much of Himself as I could handle, and then to strengthen me so I could handle more. Referring to my Bible, He said, "Here I am; read me. I inhabit these words." 9. Regarding my ability to write blank verse, immediately, as the situation requires . . . "I have given you a gift of beautiful words. Use it in my behalf." 10. When I asked Him if He was with me . . .
