Most terrorists do not understand the true power of nuclear and thermonuclear bombs. To them, "nuclear destruction" is a mere abstraction. They have never seen it in person; and they have never seen films of nuclear tests. Moreover, they do not fully understand the fact that the USA has already decided that it is morally acceptable to use nuclear weapons in time of war, under certain conditions. The words "Hiroshima" and "Nagasaki" are unfamiliar to them. Too bad, because it would be very useful in the world today for everyone to realize that the USA is no longer restrained from using nuclear weapons. In the past, the Soviets held us in check with their own nuclear threat against us. This is why Truman would not let MacArthur go into North Korea: Stalin had told Truman we would have a nuclear war with him if we went into North Korea. And in Viet Nam we were similarly restrained by the Soviets. But now, there is no Soviet Union; and Russia is our new-found friend! So who would threaten us with nuclear retaliation if we were now to use nuclear weapons against our current self-declared enemy? But how can we bomb the terrorists if we cannot find them? No problem! We can simply threaten whichever countries have been the most supportive of terrorism. We could demand that they rein in the terrorists, whom they have enabled, or else suffer the punishment in their place. Perhaps we should provide a dramatic demonstration of our thermonuclear missiles, against which there is no defense. They could cover the detonation on Al Jazeera, and maybe the whole Moslem world would sober up and stop provoking us. PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH! # # # http://www.HomelandDefender.net
