NOTE: This material was originally written, posted on my websites, and distributed during 1998-1999, appearing in selected Usenet newsgroups and in e-mail messages to the House, Senate, and media. Given the vicious partison situation in the Republican-majority House, the impeachment was assured, regardless of the merits of the case, (in my opinion.) But the trial in the Senate still had a good chance of not convicting, because the alleged sins of the President, even if true, never rose to the level of impeachable offenses. It was there that I made my strongest efforts: to get a "not guilty" vote, which, thank God, is what happened.

Welcome to A Clinton Defense Website.

The purpose of this website is to present a defense of President Clinton against the attempt by his political enemies to remove him from office by impeachment.

I, myself, am not an office holder or political official of any kind. I'm just a concerned citizen, with no formal ties to any party, other than that I am a registered Democrat, and I vote. I do have experience in student government, from my high school and college days. And I was a Vice Chairman of our local Democratic Committee at the county level, almost thirty years ago.

Since then, I have been out of politics altogether. But now, the misguided, mean-spirited, unconstitutional attempt to remove President Clinton from office compels me to jump into the battle to help save him.

Everything here is Public Domain, so you may copy anything you find here and use it any way you like, even changing it, as you see fit.

My role, which I have chosen for myself, is to create these documents and make them available electronically on the Internet. Your role, should you choose it, is to spread these ideas wherever they can do the most good.

FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED This examines Paragraph 2, Part 1 of the Declaration Of Independence, and shows that all just powers of government derive from the consent of the people being governed. How then does Congress presume to remove President Clinton, when the people clearly want him to remain in office?

CLINTON USED THE DICTIONARY DEFINITION OF "SEXUAL RELATIONS" This document shows that the common, accepted dictionary definition of "sexual relations" is "coitus." Clinton and Lewinsky never had coitus, so they never had sexual relations. Without sexual relations, there is no "sexual relationship." Therefore President Clinton is truthful when he says he never had a sexual relationship with Monica Lewinsky. So he did not "lie to the American people" after all!

HOW TO TAKE DOWN ANY U.S. PRESIDENT This describes the method used by Clinton's enemies to attempt to take him down. If allowed to continue, it can work against any U. S. President.

A BETTER CHRISTIAN THAN MOST OF HIS ENEMIES This document makes the case, based on the Bible, that Bill Clinton is a better Christian than most of his enemies.
