That's because I've exploited the strengths of HTML and focussed on the logical structure of the documents. I figure that you know your computer and your tastes better than I do. Therefore, I don't worry about how my documents look on your screen. If you don't like how they appear,

  1. adjust your settings so that the documents look how you'd like, or
  2. complain to the maker of your browser that you don't have sufficient control to adjust your browser's settings to your desires.
