Mediation Training, 30-Hour Course
(Includes 22 hours of basic mediation training, satisfying Virginia Supreme Court requirements, and 8 hours of family collaborative mediation training.)
ENROLLMENT LIMITED TO 24
When: Thursday 4 December (part day/evening) through Sunday 7 December.
Where: Northern Virginia site (TBA)
Who: Our trainers will be Frank Morrison, a statewide leader in family mediation and collaborative practice, and Judy Rubin of the Community Mediation Center of Southeastern Virginia (CMC).
Cost: $500 per person
Basic qualifications for attendee registration: Collaboratively trained and licensed in the discipline you intend to practice collaboratively; as a lawyer; mental health professional coach and/or child specialist (LCSW, PhD, PsyD, LPC, LMFT, or MD psychiatrist); or a financial professional (CFP or CPA).
Registration: We anticipate 24 seats for this training opportunity, and that they will fill quickly. The first 24 responders will be contacted and asked to send a check to secure your seat. To register, email David Tyson, LCSW, at dstyson@earthlink.net.
